The transmission was broadcasted live on the federal television and radio channels (Channel One, Rossiya, Radio Rossii, Vesti FM, Mayak, and the other programs of Multiplex 1) to all broadcasting zones of the Russian Federation. Also arranged was a repeat broadcast of the press conference on the radio channels Mayak and Vesti FM.
Involved in this activity were the RSCC satellite orbital constellation and technical facilities of the Shabolovka Technical Center, and the Skolkovo, Dubna, Medvezhyi Ozera, and Khabarovsk Space Communication Centers.
