Rossvyaz held аn expanded meeting of the results of 2014 year

May 13, Federal Communications Agency held an expanded meeting with summarizing results of 2014 year in all areas of work and with discussing plans for 2015.

Head of Rossvyaz Oleg Dukhovnitsky delivered a keynote address. The main topics of discussion at the event has become a key event and direction of the telecommunications sector, the goals of improving the efficiency of work,  plans and  results  of subordinate organizations. At the meeting it was presented statistical data on the main areas of activity Rossvyaz.

The head of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Nikolai Nikiforov made an report. In his speech, he summed up the implementation of universal telecommunications services, announced the problem areas and the achievements of the government contract, which was signed between Rostelecom and Rossvyaz one year ago.

Nikolai Nikiforov also told about  the important role of the Federal Agency of Communications and subordinate organizations - "titanic work in the creation of all necessary communications infrastructure" for the Olympics and Paralympics Games  in Sochi, stressing that the issue of post-Olympic heritage is under the control of the Agency. Within the framework of the meeting of the head of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Nikolai Nikiforov and head Rossviaz Oleg Dukhovnitsky noted departmental awards employees.

In the second half of the meeting was a panel discussion on "Strategy of effective management and import substitution in the new economic environment in the communication sector», where industry experts discussed the main factors affecting the development of the industry today.

This year, the Federal Communications Agency organized  on-line broadcasting of the event on the Internet, to participate in a panel discussion, joined by colleagues from St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Samara and Sevastopol.
