Crimea and Sevastopol got Russian postal codes

Mr. Duhovnitsky, the Head of Rossvyaz, signed a decree on giving postal codes to the postal offices of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol on March 31st 2014, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Communications Agency

For the people of Crimea in the service area of Crimean republican enterprise of the mail service “Krympochta” the transition to the new postal codes became smooth and imperceptible: to the previous numbers was added number two. For example, in Simferopol the index changed from on 95000 to 295000, Post Office in Kerch got index 298339, and, for example, in order to send mail in the post office of Yalta one should indicate index 298699.

For those who lives in Sevastopol, the set of indices for post offices of Public Enterprise “Sevastopol city enterprise mail service “Sevastopolpochta” will also start with number two. For example, for OPS Sevastopol 1, a new code is 299001.

Now all the people of the added territories can get mail services according to the internal tariffs of the Russian Federation.

The full list of new indices is posted on the website of the Federal Communications Agency in section “Documents/Orders of the Federal Communications Agency”.

At the same time, the subordinated to ROSCOM FSUE Publishing center “Marka” started to process the request of delivery for KRPPS “Krympochta” and KP “SGPPS “Sevastopolpochta” of postage stamps of the Russian Federation (labeled envelopes and cards) for the payment of appropriate services.
